The shop in the site has the following terms & conditions of sale:

- All prices presented are with VAT included.

- Will be charged shipping costs (except for Lisbon where delivers can be arranged with the client) calculated in function of the weight of the order and the prices charged by CTT (post office).

- To order one or more products you should select the options of quantity and colors, size or such (when applicable) and go filling the trolley. After these steps to conclude the purchase you should follow the instructions of the site to indicate the address for delivery. You can also send an email to ana.f.louro@gmail.com indicating the articles and the quantities or order by telephone (00 351 917518342).

- After order you will receive an email to confirm that all the products are available and the information of the total value of the invoice (including the shipping costs) as well the instructions to do the payment. If you do not receive any confirmation in the term of 48 hours please contact ana.f.louro@gmail.com or (00 351) 917518342.

- The payments can be done through bank transfer for the indicated NIB or IBAN.

- After the reception of the comprovative of payment the articles will be immediately delivered in registered courrier through CTT, Correios de Portugal, or delivered in hand (in Lisbon and at date/hour and address previously arranged with the client). With the products will be delivered the respective invoice/receipt.

- The payments should be done in the term of five days under penalty of the order to be canceled.

- The exchange/returns will be accepted in the maximum term of 14 days after the reception of the orders by the client. The products must be returned in the original packaging and without use. The clients will be reimbursed of the value payed by the products.

- The personal information of the clients will not be widespread to third parts by any form and will be only used for the orders processing.

- All the images and texts of this website are protected by copyright laws and cannot be used under any forms without express authorization.
